Sweepstakes casinos are legal in most US states under federal sweepstakes law. Individual operators may restrict additional states based on their own legal counsel.

Commonly excluded: Washington (WA), Idaho (ID), Michigan (MI). Some operators also exclude Nevada, New Jersey, and New York.

Age: 18+ nationwide. 21+ in Massachusetts and some other jurisdictions.
