What We Collect Automatically
Every time you visit usabadboys.com, our hosting provider logs your IP address, browser user-agent, the referring page, and the URL you requested. These logs are retained for 30 days for security and rate-limiting purposes and are not connected to any other identifier. We use Cloudflare as our edge network, so the same data is also visible to Cloudflare under its own privacy policy.
We use a privacy-respecting analytics service that records aggregated page views, bounce rates, country (not city), and device type. Analytics events are sampled and stored in a way that does not allow us to identify individual users. No third-party advertising pixels run on this site.
What We Collect When You Contact Us
- Your name and email address — only what you put in the message.
- The contents of the message itself, retained for up to 24 months for follow-up.
- Any screenshots or documents you choose to attach.
If your message concerns a redemption dispute we may share specific facts with the operator named in your complaint to assist resolution. We never share your contact details unless you explicitly authorize it.

If you live in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what data we hold about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
If you live in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these, email privacy@usabadboys.com. We respond within 30 days.
Children
Sweepstakes casinos are restricted to adults aged 18 and over (21 in some states). This site is not directed at children and we never knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
Updates To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be flagged with a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days. The version date appears at the bottom of the policy itself.
